A burial is when you take the body and place it in the earth. There are many forms of burials and in a society that is leaning more towards ecofriendly options, there is a rise for green burials. Another option for some, is that during the burial the body is placed in a mausoleum, which means that the body and casket are placed into a large wall.

The cremation process involves burning the body and turning it into ash. Cremation is seen as the nontraditional funeral, and to many religions is considered a sin, however for most that choose cremation they the love the idea of always being close and honour by their families. A body can be cremated after a traditional funeral service, or even prior to the service depending on what the family wishes.
